Open the app and enter the email and password of your Sangre Fría account. The app is the mobile companion to the web course: it uses the same account you already have at sangre-fria.vercel.app. Accounts are created on the website, not in the app.
Yes. On the sign-in screen, tap "Read Module 0 free". The whole first module and its exercise open with no account and no payment.

Almost always it's a different email. Sign in with the exact email you used when you enrolled — including any dots or aliases. If it still doesn't unlock, email us that address and we'll fix the account.
It shouldn't — the narration is built to keep playing with the screen off. If it stops: check that iOS Low Power Mode is off, that Sangre Fría isn't restricted under Settings → General → Background App Refresh, and force-quit and reopen the app once. If it persists, tell us your iOS version.
Your work is saved to your account, not just to the phone. Check that you're signed in with the same account on both devices, then sign out and back in to pull a fresh copy. If something you wrote is missing, write to us before you rewrite it — we can usually recover it.
Settings → Language. Everything (text and narration) exists in both Spanish and English.
In the app: Settings → Delete my account. It removes your profile, your progress and everything you wrote, permanently. You can also ask us by email. See the Privacy Policy for what is kept and why.

Abre la app y pon el correo y la contraseña de tu cuenta de Sangre Fría. La app es el complemento móvil del curso web: usa la misma cuenta que ya tienes en sangre-fria.vercel.app. Las cuentas se crean en la web, no en la app.
Sí. En la pantalla de entrada toca «Leer el Módulo 0 gratis». El primer módulo completo y su ejercicio se abren sin cuenta y sin pagar nada.

Casi siempre es otro correo. Entra con el correo exacto con el que te inscribiste, incluidos puntos o alias. Si aun así no se desbloquea, mándanos esa dirección y arreglamos la cuenta.
No debería: la narración está hecha para seguir con la pantalla apagada. Si se corta: comprueba que el Modo de Bajo Consumo esté apagado, que Sangre Fría no esté restringida en Ajustes → General → Actualización en segundo plano, y cierra y vuelve a abrir la app una vez. Si sigue, dinos tu versión de iOS.
Tu trabajo se guarda en tu cuenta, no solo en el teléfono. Comprueba que estás con la misma cuenta en los dos dispositivos y luego cierra sesión y vuelve a entrar para traer una copia fresca. Si te falta algo que escribiste, escríbenos antes de volver a escribirlo: casi siempre se puede recuperar.
Ajustes → Idioma. Todo (texto y narración) existe en español y en inglés.
En la app: Ajustes → Eliminar mi cuenta. Elimina tu perfil, tu progreso y todo lo que escribiste, de forma permanente. También puedes pedírnoslo por correo. En la Política de Privacidad está qué se conserva y por qué.
Tu correo, tu nombre y el trabajo que haces en el curso. Sin publicidad, sin SDKs de analítica, sin rastreadores. El detalle completo está en la Política de Privacidad.
